The three things

It hears the call without recording it.

Speech models run inside your browser, on your CPU. The audio never leaves your laptop — there is no recording on someone's server, no bot joining your call with a name badge, and nothing for a prospect's security team to object to. Text is what gets saved, to your account, not to a pool.

It talks to you during the round.

Fifteen minutes in, it checks whether the conversation is going where you wanted. Five minutes before the end, it tells you what still isn't locked. Any time in between, ask what you're missing and get one short card back — the question you haven't asked, the objection you talked past, the commitment nobody wrote down.

It hands you the follow-up, not a to-do list.

When the call ends there is a summary, the commitments in the words they were actually made in, and a small stack of follow-ups. Approve the email and Gmail opens with it written and addressed — you press send. Approve the next meeting and it lands on your calendar. Edit anything first. Dismiss what you don't want. Nothing happens that you didn't approve.

How it works

  1. Connect Google. Your week appears in the side panel.
  2. Arm the meeting. One click, from the rail, before you join.
  3. Work the call. The transcript builds itself. The corner speaks when it has something worth saying.
  4. Approve. The stack is waiting when the call ends. Most of it is done in under a minute.

What it does not do

It does not record video. It does not capture your screen. It does not read your email — approving a draft opens a Gmail compose window that you send yourself. It does not read the pages you browse; there is no content script in it. It does not sell your data and it does not train models on your meetings. The full policy is short and says the same thing at length.

One thing that is on you: other people are on these calls, and the law about transcribing them differs by country and by US state. Tell them. Ringside gives you the tool; it cannot give you permission.
